I have seen some delightful "Chardi Kala"... aka... "Upbeat" English movies... the movies which make life something to look forward too... e.g

Favourite "upbeat" movies? Mmmm ... of recent years, Le Fabuleux Destin d’Amélie Poulain was a delightful, charming movie that left you all aglow ...

And, err, I loved Shrek ;-)
