Upon installing Microsoft home and Student 2007 software and then updating the computer I received a notice sayiung Error(s) found Code 802000010 windows update encountered an unknown error which resulted in four updates out of 10 failing. What does this mean and what needs to be done in order to receive the updates which failedAny direction/answer/suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you in advance

For a first stab: reboot and and then try Windows Update again. (http://update.microsoft.com)

I think the error code is actually 80200010. This seems to indicate that you have a broken link to the internet. Have you ensured that you are connected to the internet and tried again?
