Here are 2 songs i wrote, and i'm in the middle of recording these, tell me what you think. Both are copyrighted.

Weapons of the Riot

the poor of your country, have been needy for too long,
But your more concerned with where to drop you're next bomb
invading other countries, make them needy as well,
one by one you turn our world into a living hell.

You step on the streets and you cross the border
chawos rules here, no such thing as order.
The inner city is a violent war zone,
you're no long safe in your suburban home,

Bricks for bullets a molotov for a missile,
Strong arm is all that i got for a pistol
these are the weapons of the rioting mob
these are the rifles of the soldier once slob

You're here to help us is what you say,
but when we come to plead you just look the other way,
you tell me all men are to be treated as equal
then tell me why the rich are the only important people?

we riot for a reason not just for the thrill
were fightin back, we'll remove you from power
your sweet rule all of a sudden is sour

The people are rising, were taking control
make you pay the country for everything that you owe,
the people are mad, yah there violent and angry
I got my foot on your throat, still don't believe me?

American Eagle

Everyone be proud of the american eagle
he's always doin what right, doing it for the people,
too bad he doesn't know what his moneys good for,
spends it on weapons when he should be feeding his poor.

How can you be proud with a terrorist in power,
any money in sight, his war machine will devour,
he tells you he's right, says he does it for you,
but you're the ones dieing so that can't be true.

He spends his money on missile for war
send his soldiers to die on a far off shore
spill the blood of natives on there foreign sand,
all to remove the new Sata, Saddam.

What did he do? wanted to keep his people free.
Didn't want to fall to our democracey.
Why must we convert all to western culture?
American Eagle? How about American Vulture

How can you be proud with a terrorist in power,
any money in sight, his war machine will devour,
he tells you he's right, says he does it for you,
but you're the ones dieing so that can't be true.

American people, u gotta stand up for what you believe in,
if you never take your stand, ho do you expect to win?
You can't keep on falling, to his baseless rule.
You can't keep on being, the puppet of the fool.

i wouldn't be suprised if no one shares my view on these songs, I've just been looking for a place to talk about writing and the like, and speak my mind.
