I am running Windows XP Home Edition.
I notice in burning CD's most of the time I can only get 11 or 12 songs on one CD. However, last night I got 21 on one CD. What's up with this? I realize in an 80 min. CD, you're only going to get 80 mins. of music, but it makes me wonder how some people get so much more on one CD.
Is there something I should be doing to get more music on one CD?
Thanks for your help.
With audio CDs you are stuck with the limits on thd length of thd individual songs. You just have to line them up and get as many in there to fill the CD as best you can.
If you are plying the CDs back on your PC (or in most DVD players!) you can rip the songs to MP3 format and store 80 or more on a single CD and play them back. MP3 players for cars are still scarce though (but getting better) and without one you wouldn't be able to listen to them there.
Fishin, thank you for your response.
I thought I was doing something wrong but I guess this is the way it's supposed to be.
MP3? Mmmmmmmmmmmmm!
