It's not a sin. The guilt is far more unhealthy then the porn. You just don't have any other outlet (most likley) so you turn to porn but your problem is totally natural. So give yourself a break.

Me, I'd watch the porn and enjoy it, but if you want to stop then go see a shrink and tell them that you are a sex addict. They will handle the rest.

hey i too really need a big hhelp.... ur right about the distraction , i guess i have a problem in my mind ...it started four years ago and somehow i stopped it ,althugh i never watched it so much ...and then again now i just somehow started to watch and wanna stop,makes me feel very guilty..

As I said to the other genteman all you need to do is burn your complete porn collection to DVDs and mail them to me.<No child porn or animals please>.

Once you have the DVDS in the mail to me erase your porn collection off your hard drive.

you can stop it, it's possible. but you have to know this is a weakness you can't overcome by your own natural strength. You have tried all your effort to stop but have failed. The flesh is weak. No human method can save you. You feel guilty, your conscience condemns you when you watch it.

the only solution is to turn to the Lord Himself for help. just be sincere and tell Him about the weakness you have. get a christian brother to pray with you to break that yoke, and I tell you the Lord will set you free. you will not continue to be a slave to sin.

The solution to this problem is with you but let me tell u some things that need to be reminded to deal with this problem....
Life is much bigger and broader than we think of it.
Realise that by watching porn u r not only wasting your time and money but also helping those porn freaks earn money in any easy manner. You know in this world where billions of people don't even get the food that they need alongwith the basic things of life.
Life has far much better things to experience than this.
Not only frustation, u will develop many problems bcoz of this in ur real life. ur expectations and attitude will be affected. ur real life may be disturbed as ur mind would always revolve about such things....Go on live ur life....there is so much to do rather than watching porn.....You can join some hobby classes or some other activities that suits u. u can join a library n spend ur time there... BUT ultimately the decision will be urs. ur determination can only change it....suppose u take decision to learn dance then immidiately go n join the dance class.....one thing that is far more important than even joining ur interests is to remind ur mind that u r feeling much better in ur new activities, in ur new life.......Let ur mind feel it n get involved in different environment.....u will start enjoying. So u only need to take one decision. u will be blessed.

hey amigo no offence but i think it is a sin and watching porn and mastubating every week or so is very its not only a sin but your body is loosing a lot of energy for example if i were goin to the gym i would have a protein shake before i go say i did go to the gym and go home watch porn masturbate well bassicaly all that workout that youve done is gone you have just taken all the protein out of your body u wont realise it but you have.
