But i can tell you a very good way that might just be the way out. You are saying i just wanna stop watching it but keep doing the rest of the stuff i do, well that would not be good[it would be impossible]. You will need to change your life completely. Instead of that time of the computer, go outside, go to church, get to know more people at church, make new friends, and at every thought of going back to it, think of all the bad things it has led you to. In the beginning it will be very hard and the temptation is going to be very hard to resist, but in a few months you wont want to even look things like that. But you will need to ask for forgiveness and the revival of your heart and soul. And try to pray and read the bible also instead of going on porn. I will pray for you also. God bless you.

First you must realize that this is a spiritual battle. Logic and basic values are not enough to combat what your up against. Your commitment must be to The heavenly father first. If you rely on yourself. You will always fail, because eventually the flesh gets weak. Meaning that eventually your emotions, feelings, or commitment will faulter. You must be able to identify what happens when you have that urge. If you have that urge to watch porn when your bored. Than you must occupy your time, by seeking God in some form or fashion. Remember that your soul is on the line. We are living in a sin sick world where this is the norm. But if Christ himself were to return would you want to be caught sinning. I think not. You have to know your enemy. Satan does not come in a red suit and horns he uses your weaknesses which may be friends people who say this is ok or even family members. There is no wrong way to do the right thing. Seek God when you are feeling this way pray for deliverance. Sometimes you literally have to fast and pray to get rid of some Evil spirits. Remember As a Child of God evil does not have control over you unless you allow it. Expose it. Seek help from a trusted friend who you know will be honest with you and have them pray with you and give support. Try to fast one day. Give up food or water or video games or tv for a set time of the day and make this promise to God and pray throughout this time. Remember that even if it works for a while this urge will try to return so you have to be able to recognize it when it happens and seek God. Hope I have been of some help. Like with all things, moderation is the key. Early on I learned that time-management is essential when it comes to internet porn. I have the best desk chair that money can buy, but still ended up with a squeaky chair and chair sores in just two months time, and all because of internet porn. Plus it caused me to have to lie to the wife. I would be in my "writing room" and the wife would turn the door knob only to find it locked. "What are you doing in there?" she'd ask.

"I'm just reading an interesting article, hon."

"But why is the door locked?"

"Oh, well I must have locked it by mistake."
