question about why runescape wont load

I have been trying to play runescape and it gets to the loading screen and the loading bar stops on "loaded defaults" after searching i updated my java and windows updates but it still won't load. does anyone have any ideas as to what I can do to fix this?

Try clearing your cookies, and be sure to click the "Always Allow Jagex..." button on the screen that pops up.
