Multiple Wiis

If you have more than one Wii, do you need to buy multiple copies of games or is there a way to have one copy of a game and run it on all the machines ? What would I need to buy ? I am totally a non-techie when it comes to the Wii. Any help (in layman's terms) would be appreciated.
