How do I store an attachment which arrives in a gmail message and how do I find it again?

Any attachment can be saved for later use. What is the attachment? (video, picture, basic document, charts??)

Open the attachment.
Then you need to save it as your own.
You can re-name it and it will be on your computer, then.
