I have recently converted to aol 9.0
I now receive my emails w/o any indication as to their nature or their subject matter. I just get a large blank page with an indication as to the number of items (emails) lined up but HAVE to open them w/o any idea as to source or content.
How do I "fix" this defect?

I also have AOL 9.0. I am still a novice to this software. However, I would suggest you may have to reinstall your AOL 9.0 software. Furthermore, AOL has 24 hr live support. Talk to them, they are very helpful.
don't do that!
i use version 7 and am afraid to upgrade because my pc is old.
try looking at the settings in email. maybe you need to change something. but don't open just anything!
