i had brought my car to someone my dads friend recomended to REPLACE my engine he works from his home . well after 9 weeks of not having the car and 1500$ later the car breaks after having it a week .. we come to fine out that the engine was never changed the serial # and the vin # are the same...( witch proves it wasnt changed) so i called the guy and he said he changed it witch i have him recorded on my cell phone BUT i have no recipt ! do i have a leg to stand on in small claims court?
