Body affects mind affects spirit affects mind affects body (it can be drawn as a circle with an arrow going in both directions and the words body / mind / spirit evenly spaced on the circle)

If you wonder why that's significant - it's very significant to a number of things :
- self change / growth
- being true to yourself
- mental health
- physical health
- training (ie mind and body should be focused. it's also the reason that 'creative visualisation' works, and helps people understand that such is only one half of the whole)
- understanding your reactions to life
- calming your emotions

...actually, I doubt there's an area of life that it does not affect.

Admittedly I can't exactly say what part spirit plays in all this, yet it seems to be to belong there...somewhere...

@vikorr,
My very best realisations about life in general are two:

1) I can't realistically experience anyone elses life but my own - so I try not to tell anyone anything about their life (in general).

2) In terms of my own life - my best and most freeing realisation has been to admit to myself that I don't really need to or even enjoy owning things or people-I'm much happier when I can experience them without claiming any sort of ownership.

(I was reading Farmermans thread title about the internet porn stings in Pennsylvania and entrapment and I misread it to say:

StRings = Entrapment
and I thought to myself - 'Hey, that's exactly how I feel!). Shocked

@aidan,
My biggest realization is that everything is mathematical.

But math is only an idea.

that leads me to believe

life means nothing.

life means everything.

all of this is just in your head.
