equatorial weightloss

if you stand on the equator, the centrifugal(centripetal) force of the earths spin will act to throw you away from the centre of the earth, this would not be the case if you stood at the pole, so logically you would weigh less at the equator, is this true? and if so by how much?

According to this 200x69.7/70 = 199.14 pounds

@MadeInEngland,
luckily the weightloss from the centrifugal forces that would otherwise send you spinning into space with a slight coriolis effect is exactly matched by the centripetal forces that hug you close, i ask with as much gravity as i can muster,how much weight do you need to lose
