Hey ... hey....HEY, all you sweet people!

Figured I needed to revisit and let you know that things are going very well. Daddy has gained a little over 2 pounds since he's been home. His strength is increasing. I can see in his eyes that he isn't so afraid anymore. Do you know what I mean? It's like he feels life again, and he is able to embrace it without fear. Things will be ok ....in time.

You guys are the bomb! Every single one of you. I don't know what I would have done without you. Really.

Thank you .....and so much MORE, from my heart to yours.

Ah, good news! Always welcome!

Tomorrow @ 1:30 p.m. (eastern time) Daddy will have the surgery to insert the defib. Should be uneventful and all is expected to go well. He will also have a multitude of tests to finally determine the extent of scar tissue on his heart. This will tell them/us what the longer term prognosis will be as we will finally know the real extent of damage that has been done. They are going to keep him in the hospital till Tuesday, for monitoring purposes. We expect everything to go well.

Prayers and thoughts, much appreciated! Will be back tomorrow or the next day to update you!
