Trying to find the name of an Italian or spanish movie with 3 plots running simultaneously and linkd

i saw an italian movie which was similar to the movie YUVA in hindi. it had stories of 3 couples all centralised and related to each other.
starts with a nurse woman who meets her ex lover and spends time in the hotel having sex with him and cheats on her husband and daugther.
theres another couple -the girls pregnant and the guy is cheatin on her and she committs suicide.
third one also similar, where a guy gags a girl and hits her. etc.
finally all of them meet at some point in the story.
