I use Microsoft's Clip Art for our Newsletter, but although I go to Insert>Pictures>Clip Art, sometimes after I choose my picture the drop down menu takes me to Format Pictures which is what I want, but sometimes it goes to Tables>Auto Format. Why? And how can I fix it?

once you paste the picture where you want it, you can just double click on the image to take you to the format picture window.
