Hi.
I've got a related thread on this under Relationships.
But I want to know, what are my rights if I am being bombarded by a religious zealot after my repeated requests to not discuss the topic.
Short of putting my hand over over mouth--which would be way out of line on my part--I can't make her shut up.
I can't leave either. She's my mother's housekeeper and does come in twice a month for a whole day. I work from home. Leaving would cost me money and frankly, I shouldn't have to leave my place of business or my residence to be left alone when I've asked for that.
Do I call a cop? Or what?
There are online pay for advice lawyer websites. Just search legal advice to find one.
@dupre,
Not to be flippant.....but...wear earplugs when she's around. And smile. And hum to yourself. Maybe you can scare her into thinking you've gone over the edge.
@dupre,
you have no rights ,
buy a door lock you heathen
that'll save you
@dupre,
Good to hear from you too dupre.
You could pretend you have a crush on her and keep pestering her for a date.
But then...she might take you up on it.
@bathsheba,
"I've got a crush on you, sweetie pie. All the day and night time, hear me sigh!"
