Hi, I have this problem with my usb mass storage device. Every time I put it
in it doesn't appear in my computer. Also it is written unknown usb device.
Couldn't open it, is there a way?

You're computer doesn't have a matching driver. Install the manufacturer's driver.

Though I'm no computer expert and DrewDad is likely right, have you tried going to My Computer to see if it's listed there?
