Uggh...it sickens me to post this, but it is not technically porn, so perhaps it won't be removed. If you seriously need to know:

Edit (Moderator) Links to Nambla are not permitted.

Don't be fooled by the rhetoric, these people are sickos.

Cav,

That site is illegal in the US. Please do not link to it from here.

this is a serious question - there are a couple of people here that know psychology far better than I.

Quote:
The classification, diagnosis, and assessment of
child molesters are complicated by a high degree of
variability among individuals in terms of personal
characteristics, life experiences, criminal
histories, and reasons for offending. There is no
single "profile" that accurately describes or
accounts for all child molesters.

Quote:
Sexual focus in child molesters has two
independent dimensions: intensity of pedophilic
interest and exclusivity of the sexual preference
for children. The more an offender's sexual
preference is limited to children, the less
socially competent (as measured by the strength and
range of social and sexual relationships with
adults) he is likely to be.

I'm not an expert, but off the top of my head there seem to be at least two types of child molesters.

Members of either group may have been molested in childhood.

The first group consists of insecure people with poor social skills. Dominating the child, physically and mentally, is part of the thrill.

Then there are the sophisticated types who eschew dominance--at least verbally--and speak gleeful of the joys of seduction and initiating children into the glorious mysteries of adult love.

Some of these creeps socialize with each other, the better to brag.

Others are solitary creeps: "My 9 year old stepdaughter needed to be initiated."

"That poor little kid was all alone on the playground--he needed a friend."

Neither sort feels that the rules for the common herd apply to them.

Husker--

Why the crash course?

You may have noted that the domain name had a '2' appended. It's because the first site had to move offshore for legal reasons and even offshore they managed to violate even more lenient laws.

I couldn't find anything that would violate a law but my datacenter is stricter than laws are. They forbid sites that promote illegal activity.

Thanks for that info Craven, I didn't actually notice, but in the future I will look out for those things.

This one is not illegal, just a proper psychological article that may help husker out on the subject:

http://www.findarticles.com/cf_dls/g2699/0005/2699000576/p1/article.jhtml?term=

It is pretty much along the lines of what Noddy said, but more detailed.

Husker,
There are more than just a few sides to ....anything/everything...but one thing is for sure. These 'people' (and I use the term loosely), are the cull of any living existence.

Please don't mind me reiterating Noddy24.
But, why the crash course?

phew - got some mis-information!! it's only a sexual offender of an adult. things can sure get complicated - right now I'm vry relieved.

You guys ever been involved in a sexual harassment complaint? damn nasty situation, when the perpetrator denies it. Most situations the perp is usually guilty until proven innocent.

For the kinds of problems these kinds of accusations create for the accused you might see the documentary Capturing the Friedmans.

Cav
cause I don't want anymore to get hurt - I'm feel I'm walking a narrow ledge about giving out to many facts or specifics - just in case the walls have ears.
