@Glorence,
Make a video of family photos and interviews with the family about memories of your grandparents. Then transfer it to what ever form of video playback she has access to.

Buy a nice planter box and fill it with some of her favorite flowering plants.

Make a gift certificate for her with an IOU of some hours she can cash in for any chores or errands she needs help with. Put a credit balance of 24 hours on it, 2 hours per month.

Rent her favorite movie, make some popcorn and spend the day with her.

Make a 2009 calendar with family photos on each of the monthly pages then print it out and put it in a folder with magnetic strips attached to the back of it so she can hang it on her refrigerator.

@Glorence,
What kinds of things does she like?? Does she have any pets? Does she like fashion? You might want to post her likes, that way we might can offer some ideas, I know a few websites that has a lot of products to offer people at very good discounted prices much better than regular stores and they ship right to your front door.
All the best,
Bobby G.

@bobbyg,
Firstly, you are posting in an inactive thread (first post was 6 yrs ago..last one was 2 yrs ago). You might want to check date-stamps before posting as the author of the thread hasn't been an active member in 2 years.

Secondly, if your intent is advertising (apparently it is based on your recent history), spamming in prohibited.

@Glorence,
I'd advise people to be cautious when purchasing credit with RedBalloon. I had $390 of credit on my account which mysteriously disappeared. Even though I had proof of my remaining credit, I had to take RedBalloon to VCAT to get my missing credit restored. - Louis, VIC

How about a personalized photo book? It's like a scrapbook that tells your family. You can put pics of your important family moments and put some heartwarming caption. I'm sure that she'll appreciate it.

@jespah,
Then, you get her one. Whatever you give, as long as you're sincerely giving one, she'll surely appreciate it.

@Glorence,
Old people often have problems with "swollen feet", I've recently bought an electronic foot bath for my granny, she is happy now^ ^

Give her a photo frame with your family photo, some flowers which she likes or some scented candles.
