I'm wondering what criteria puts a topic into "Featured Topics"? It does not appear to be by the number of votes alone, as the following are not showing as featured:
-- WA2K Radio [+14]
-- Coalition Government [+11]
-- Funny Signs [+35]
If it's a combination of votes and the replied /viewed number, shouldn't WA2K Radio be featured?

Featured topics can be slightly different on every page that displays them, sometimes it's based on votes (new topics, new posts pages) sometimes it's based on tags (tag pages). Another factor involved is date, and the new topics and new posts pages use topics that are new (several days old).
