How about a "A2K Gathering" thread?

Better yet, use the tagging system and we'll have an entire category of various A2K gathering threads all devoted to various regions. To find them, all it takes is a click on the A2K Gathering tag in the list.

I think that Butrflynet has a good idea. If all the gatherings were on one thread, it would become very confusing.

Yes, I agree with Butrflynet's idea about some sort of "regional" threads for a much better organization for the gatherings.
