This Sara Palin Thing

Well, Miss Cunning Coney, i've read many times and in many different words a contention that people tend to be most cruel to those whom they have themselves injured. Certainly the Republicans didn't do Palin any favor by nominating her.

I thought the whole Palin wardrobe malfunction was just another example of the Republicans inability to set and stay within a budget. It's a symptom of a larger problem, but not the problem itself.

and the failure to practice what they preach... you know... small government, prudent financial oversight, the rule of law, biblical morality, and so on and so on.

Yeah they did. She's on the map now. It all depends on who's handling her PR.

I can understand the GOP wanting the clothes back from Mrs. Palin. They did, afterall, spend a considerable sum on those items and if they get them back they can sell them at a garage sale and use the proceeds to buy yard signs for the next election, but could you throw the woman a bone and at least let her keep the fish prop? I mean, Christ, Todd has already put that thing above the fireplace.
