Spirit Airlines customer service sucks. They have more fees they don't tell you about until after you book your ticket. They charge you for just ONE checked bag, they charge you for RESERVING a seat, they charge you to SPEAK to an agent on the phone and their newest fee SPEAKING TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT!! This airline is absurd and I highly recommend choosing an airline that puts customers FIRST not PROFIT (they have a lot in common with the healthcare of this country). FLY SOMEONE ELSE...
