This new version of A2k does not offer private messaging.
On the bottom of the page you will see, "contact us". Click that, and it will take you to the Help Desk, where you can find the knowledgebase, or ask a particular question of the adminstrators.
In general, if you are stuck on some particular technical problem within A2K, you might first try starting a thread. One or more of the oldtimers here will most likely come to your aid. I would only go to the Help Desk if I were completely stumped. The people who run the program are for the most part volunteers.
