Unscramble this if you can

Ok, for starters, you've got two full stops (indictating two sentences) but you don't have two capital letters, which isn't a good sign. There are also no e's, which is strange. The only thing that's remotely helpful is the q, because we know that qu goes together and there aren't many words with q in them (compared to other letters).

Still, I'm not convinced that it says anything in particular. Could it be just something to annoy people?
