hard starting road king classic

I have a 2000 HD road king classic. has always fired up on first crank. last week i had fuel lines replace because quick connect was leaking. since replacement, bike cranks several seconds before firing up when cold(setting all day or night). when warm, it fires right up, and the bike still runs great. any ideas what is causing the long crank time when cold?

@solthoff,
I could guess at it, but if you are not a bike mechanic kinda guy, I could cause you a lot of grief, too.

Take it back and tell them to make it the way it was, less leak.
