my friend told to use freeezer for system errors,wher i get it

I have never heard of such a thing, but if you want a good answer you need to ask a better question. You don't even indicate if it's a computer that you are talking about much less what platform it is, what kind of system error you are talking about and what you mean by "became speed itself".
