Why does not UN send a Commando unit or even an army and airforce to stop them from foolingaround with this WEAPON OF TOTAL DESTRUCTION?I am terrified about the outcome of the going ons at Cern

Oh, quit worrying. The darn thing has already broke down twice, and is currently out of service. We've got a reprieve of several months already, and then it'll probably break down again.
Look on the bright side... you're more likely to be killed by a terrorist with a dirty bomb.
Actually it's safe: the Swiss use a smaller model of this machine since centuries .... making the holes in the Emmental cheese.
