From our private collection,
our favorite revenge/avenge film is "Open Range".

I don 't recognize that title, but from that genre
Death Wish is pretty good.

I 'll be on the lookout for Open Range. Thank u.

I'm not a strong fan of westerns but this one is more compelling (and believable actually) than most. And with Robert Duvall and Kevin Costner, how bad could it be?

Yeah; Kevin Costner seems to be a pleasant guy.

Has any one here ever see the 1982 movie "Butterfly" with Stacy Keach and Pia Zadora.
What are your thoughts about the movie? I just watched it online at Netflix!

@tsarstepan,
No, I'm sorry, when I found the thread I didn't want to lose it so I just bookmarked.

I have a few really old movies that are still relevant today.

Dr. Strangelove, funnier to me now than it was in 1963

A Face in the Crowd, Andy Griffith's best ever film, and once again relevant today

Night of the Hunter (Robert Mitchum and Lillian Gish) scares the bejesus out of me every time.

Sunset boulevard (wow)

More modern films:

Unforgiven (western movie)

Kill Bill 1 and 2, flamboyant revenge flick

Pulp Fiction, (people in terrible trouble for any number of reasons, but also some very slick humor, and a revenge flick as well)

Saving Private Ryan

The Kings Speech

And every-once in a while, watch a Mel Brooks movie, start with Blazing Saddles

An obscure Peter Fonda & Nick Adams flick of the '60s. I believe it
got limited distribution.

I kinda liked it. The best cast member was
the motorcycle. It was played at a remote radar station where I was at the tim,somewhere in the sixties.

@neko nomad,
Every one should watch 'To kill a Mocking Bird", and 12 Angry Men. Oh, I almost forgot, The lady Killers, (the first, English version), and another one you really should see, is the 'Oxbow Incident". Just as powerful when it was released. Judgement at Nuremberg. This one you should find compelling. its a magnificent interpretation of the actual trial and the stigma so many Germans had to confront. Movies can be lessons on history, i hope many of you enjoy the movie as much as I did.

Met on the street with a girl. Talked and invited me to his home in the evening on film. Long searched for what to see, find nice website with movies in good quality. It immediately found a cool movie Pride and prejudice and zombies http://viooz.as/3033-pride-and-prejudice-and-zombies-2016.html

Very cool movie, you can watch in the company.
