@spendius,
You just don't remember them but it works fine. For example, here you said:

Why am I getting on "My Posts" things like "I am a disciple of Christ"?

I wouldn't post on a thread like that.

But you did post on a thread like that.

@Craven de Kere,
How about encouraging the new members.
I mean how about enlisting the members of A2K?
I hardly see any new thoughts in this forum.
Always the same old soup

@Ramafuchs,
If you follow posts other than your own you will find relatively remarkable variety.

@Robert Gentel,
Of course I follow all the respondents here.
But i air my critical views in my own thread, so that others can assess my ignorance sir.
Thanks

@Ramafuchs,
And my point was that you air pretty much the same thing in every post you make (often filling half a page with post after post), so it's funny to hear you complain about diversity of thought when you are the most single-minded person here I have seen who posts so much while contributing so little.

@Robert Gentel,
Your assessment about my ignorance is rational.
But i am a different person.
I beg you to ignore my cut and paste castic comments.

It's easy. Practice. Like learning to drive or how to get a lady's bloomers off under the conservation of energy principle.

@Tomkitten,
If we told you that Tom you would be up to speed with us and without enough effort for you to deserve it.

@Tomkitten,
Tomkitten, thumbs are mostly meaningless till you are up to cruising speed.

Avatar help is available,(mine still picks between two???) and Welcome back.

(this is a little like group therapy, but we WILL get through it...) Shocked Wink

All search engines were blocked after the new site was launched on accident (an old restriction for our development sites that I neglected to remove) so I fixed that yesterday and traffic should start growing now.

Is there going to be a search bar? Or can we find posts that certain users initiated?

@martybarker,
User's topics are easy. Click somebody's name to go to there profile. In the url at the top of the screen, substitute user names, and you'll get that person's profile. Now select Topics

I bet we get a good search function. I won't bet on when we get it.

@roger,

if you know the title (or part of the title) of someone thread, it's easier to search for it @ google.com.
i quickly found jespah's "eek it's a mouse" thread that way...

Do you mean the search button at the top of this page?
