I've met that old fart Dion a bunch of times, but that was only because back then I was going to AA meetings in S. Fla all the time.

I met Ronnie Lott once. I thought no way it was him as he wasn't that much bigger than me. Of course, he didn't have an ounce of fat on him.

Besides being a celebrity myself....

I've recently met - David Ortiz (well I waved Hi to him) - my daughter got to bat with him and talk with him.

And I got the distinct pleasure of meeting Miley Cyrus at a Meet and Greet. I declined the picture though - seemed a bit creepy to get a picture with a teenage girl, but daughters did.

And hopefully we will bump into the Jonas Brothers when we move next door to them. (well the next town over - can't afford in their neighborhood).

I talked to that deaf lady that used to be on Sesame Street. I met her at the gym.

I thought she'd be able to read my lips, since she had no trouble communicating on the show.

But, oddly enough, she wasn't any good at it.
