If you are caught drinking alcohol in a public place, like a mall, or on public transportation and you receive a fine, what are the other consequences?
Does this now show up as a criminal record?
Will this affect getting a job?
does your insurance go up?
And if they say that it will dissapere of your record in two years, and this is your very first ticket or offence, can it be removed earlier than two years?
Is this just like a speeding ticket? where it will just show up as a "ticket" on your record?

Sounds like it would be pretty much like a traffic ticket. It's probably just an ordinance violation, not a misdemeanor (and certainly not a felony). It won't go on your "permanent record" and it won't prevent you from getting an honest job.
Oh, and stop drinking alcohol in public places.
lol except in the las vegas strip.
WHEE!!!!!!!!!!!
