Okay, this time, everyone put their hand up if you think H20_Man couldn't possibly have more than a fifth-grade education?

Once again the crowd is reacting to Kikicat's departure from the stage for the final time.
Kiki is an ignorant piece of **** and they are glad to see him go, never to return.

Perhaps you've noticed that some people choose to use the Oxford (serial) comma, and some do not, regardless of region. Variations of usage don't necessarily depend on where the hell you live.
