itunes problem

Hi
My external hard drive died, where I kept all my music that I had in iTunes. Now when I try opening up iTunes, I get the following message: The folder "iTunes" cannot be found or created, and is required.. the default location for this folder is inside the "My Music " folder.
I've already tried reinstalling iTunes, but the same thing happened.
Any suggestions?

Thanks so much!
