First post and first attempt

Hiya. Just found this place (looking for a decent anti-spyware program of all things) so I thought I'd chuck a poem on and (nervously) see what you think.
Wrote it for my Wife before we met for real (I'm British, she's American. Met on the 'net... Blah, blah...). No other woman has ever made me feel the way she did and it brought out the romantic in me

Anyway... Here goes...

My life for you Jennifer.

I'd climb over mountains
I'd swim 'cross the sea,
I'd run through the deserts,
to keep you with me.

I'd battle the devil,
and all he can do,
if it meant for one second,
that I'd be with you.

I'd take my last breath,
and I'd give up my life,
I'd stop the World turning,
to make you my wife.

I'd be there through anything,
I'd fight any fight,
I'd give you the stars,
or turn day into night.

I'd stand by your side,
and never would leave,
two souls reunited,
Jenny and Steve.

I'd walk over water,
I'd die for your touch,
You're my life, You're my angel,
I love you so much.


Got a few more on here and written down, I'll post them when I get the chance. Not all as soppy as that one though so don't panic :wink:
