Frank Perdue. (Owned mammoth chicken farm on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Perdue did huge advertising up the Eastern Seaboard-his slogan was it takes a tough man to make a tender chicken) He didn't actually lay the eggs, but he did have a striking resemblance to a picked chicken.
