Vaughn Boyage - actual name adopted by someone at the Hartford, CT office in charge of official name changes, (and hopefully other things as well). This was chronicled on the Colin McEnroe radio show back in the nineties.
Colin did a phone interview with the guy down at the office the day it happened.
Dunno if he was planning a world trip or what, but that was his new name.
