"We are what we repeatedly do, therefor excellence isn't a skill, but a habit."
-Aristotle
Which of the "Big 3" do you all like the best?
Aristotle
Socrates
Plato
The strangest thing is that my first thought of Socrates, is from the "Bill and Ted" movie.
dyslexia,
I like your quote - parlez vous français?
I think some of the best quotes were by those who unintentionally wrote them ,for thay are more natural and becasue of this become more natural to speak.
Look @ Oscar Wilde he's one cool dude
Hmmm i forget a lot of Oscar Wilde, although my friend Jon quotes him constantly but one that springs straight to mind is
"A man should try everything in this life except for incest and morris dancing"
Eh, I like Aristotle and Socrates but I don't really know that much about plato. All I know is that he was aristotle's teacher and socrates' student.
my favourite oscar wilde quote is "i can resist everything except temptation" but then again it's the only one i ever remember. it rings true though
