Print Screen key does not work.

My friend bought a new laptop with Vista OS and the Print Screen key will not work.
What I usually do is, as soon as I press the Prt Scr key, I paste into Paint. However, when using my friends new computer, this is the first time I have not been able to do that.
The only thing that is different between my own computer and my friend's new computer is that she does not have Microsoft Office 2007, but that really should not make any difference.
I guess the only logical thing to do, after posting for help in here first, would be to take the laptop back to where it was purchases, not that I can see anyone there being able to help. I even doubt if Microsoft would give a toss either.
Any response is always appreciated. Smile

Try holding Alt or Ctrl when you press Print Screen.

Also, it being a laptop, make sure that there isn't some weird function key associated with the Print Screen key.

As a last resort, place it face down on a color copier and hit Start.
