A family member recently upgraded and passed her old LCD monitor down to me! There's a good coating of nicotine on the screen though. Would rubbing alchohol cause any damage or permanent "clouding"? If this is not an option what would you recommend?
I have a small fluorescent light (only 6" long) that I'd like to mount to the bottom of this monitor to cast light on my keyboard. (Simple to mount with 2-sided tape.) Would this hurt anything?
