researching laws

This kind of fits here and in the law thread. I am wondering what the best sites on the net are for researching laws. Spacificly laws on locksmithing and possession of the tools. I had found a sie with all the US state laws on it but can not find it again. I know about http://findlaw.com/ but can anyone name some other sites that may be useful?.

PS. not just for the US but all around the world as well.
