PCguard anti-virus re-installation does not work

Cannot re-install PCguard after repeated configuration of RPS RpsCore, which is needed for PCguard. Reinstallation stops for rebooting and even an hour later, nothing happens. Please, would you, help and advise. I'm most grateful.

You might have better luck if you post this question in the 'Computers' section. There are some pc-wise people there.
