No, you haven't. You have made a
claim that there is a violation of church and state principle. You have not provided one single legal citation that any such seperation exists or should exist in this situation nor have you provided any evidence that a "sprititual coordinator" is considered a "religious" position.
Your personal opinion isn't proof by any standard.
