WordPad Enhancements

Hey there everyone! Hows everyone today?

Got a question about the good old WordPad Program in, I think, all verisons of Windows. Does anyone know where one can download enhancements, add-ons, etc. to make WordPad a bit more useful? I was thinking something like a spell check. I would like to make it almost as useful as MS Word.

Now, many of you may ask, why not get OpenOffice? Well, the truth is, I have OpenOffice but I was just wanting to make a small project out of WordPad for my spare time. Very Happy

The best enhancement you could do is to scrap wordpad altogether and work with Editpad (link to the lite, free version).

That is, IMO, the best text editor.

But what you are really asking is something else. Bottom line is WordPad with more features = Word.

Another good free one is NoteTab Light. (I haven't used Editpad so I dunno which is better.)
