Well if you think about it, its not blasphemy at all according to christians... Jesus died for the chicks, the dudes, the everything. He died for the women as well as the men.

Further evidence to the fact that christians tend to look at the "appearance" of something rather than looking at the reality of it. I have stories, but I'll refrain for now.

yes, you're right...maybe they should have put (and the dudes) in parentheses (like I did) to alleviate any misunderstanding and make it totally scripture worthy.-

I look for the reality - that's why I thought the virgin mary one was the funniest - it's the one that happens to be TRUE(est) (in the minds of literally believing followers of the Christ story- which actually doesn't happen to be me -maybe that's why I can chuckle along).

I have to admit, that virgin mary abstinence thing cracked me up too.
