Re-installing the application may fix this problem. Well I have reinstalled MSVCP71.dll extracted it into I:\windows\system32 directory from my unzipping programme then checked if its there and it still is rebooted my computer and STILL comes up with the error please can somebody help me because I can't use some of my programmes due to this error Sad

Virus infection is one cause of this problem.

You need to install/unzip it to the "dllcache" file I think.

C:\windows\system 32\dllcache

Download and run spybot
spybot proceedure and download

MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT LET THE TEATIMER BE INSTALLED!!!!

running spybot will help you to access the links and programs you will need to do a proper clean up.

Then follow these directions to remove malware.

http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35407

It looks like quite a lot of work but most of it is explanation to make directions clear. read fully and understand the instructions.
Copy the proceedure to a word file. The links should still be accessible in MSword.
Read and perform each step, it will take some time but is well worth the effort.
Post back here when you are done.
