I'm under the influence.

This is a very rare occurrence. I'm not sure if I should hang around A2K while it's happening.

I have had a horrible nagging cough, went to the doc, got antibiotics and cough syrup. PERSCRIPTION cough syrup. I'm scared of it. Things have been improving, but just now I was sitting here trying to work on committee stuff and E.G. sent the sozlet to tell me, "Take your medicine!!" I was hacking and coughing and not really thinking about it.

So I did.

Whoa. That stuff packs a punch. Feeling a little out-of-bodyish -- just got a wave that kind of googled my eyes around.

Anyway, just so you know.
