Other than the brain & spinal column, what human organs CANNOT be transplanted with current technology?

As far as I know an intact human eyeball with optic nerve attached, has never been transplanted.

There are synthetic urinary bladders available today, so I suspect that something similar, if it doesn't already exist today, will become available in the future for the uterus.
