What number can I call to ask about post office information like zip codes etc?

Toll free and you can get Zipcodes, Post Office hours, mailing costs, etc
Have you gotten the notice from the Post Office, requesting that you use your zip+4 on mailings? Up until now, the +4 was only used by mass mailers. Now we will all have to use them.
Things are getting so complicated. I can remember when my address was Brooklyn 35, N.Y.!
I'd like to mail myself to 1965.
